The character of ~rahip, with a huge redesign.

I wanted to make him look like some sort of "rebel angel", but it looks more of a Tarzan, methinks. Lineart has issues, coloring has issues, shading has even big issues... My regular difficulties. Meh. I hope you like Steel ^-^
